Did you know that over one million organizations around the world follow the same quality standard? Including thousands of companies in Portugal that have also adopted it to ensure more efficient processes and more satisfied customers? And we are proud to be one of them.
We believe that quality should be part of our daily work. That’s why, at 35 years old, we’re taking a new step in our journey: we are now certified and internationally recognized under the ISO 9001 standard by Bureau Veritas.

What does this certification mean?
ISO standards (International Organization for Standardization) define international best practices that help organizations structure their processes, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement. Certification is granted by independent bodies that verify, through audits, whether a company meets all the standard’s requirements.
What is ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). In practice, it represents a commitment to how we work every day, ensuring that all processes are clear, organized, and well-controlled. The focus is on reducing errors, increasing efficiency, and embedding continuous improvement as part of our culture.
In other words, it’s not just a seal — it’s a guarantee that every experience with Pantalha, from the first contact to final delivery, will always be handled with the same care, rigor, and dedication.

Why now?
Because we believe that experience only gains true value when it goes hand in hand with internationally recognized quality. Because, as we celebrate 35 years, we want to give you the assurance that we continue to evolve and renew our commitment every single day.
What do we aim to achieve?
To raise the quality of our services even further. To turn every project into an experience of excellence. To strengthen relationships built on transparency, trust, and innovation. To foster an internal culture of continuous improvement — so that the next 35 years are even stronger and more inspiring than the last.
We thank everyone who has been part of our story. The future is built with quality — and with all of you.
